Internships and Diploma / Graduation Theses

If you are applying for an internship or want to write your diploma/ graduation thesis at Linde, please make sure you indicate your field of interest and your wishes concerning the start and duration of your assignment.
Your application for an internship to write your diploma thesis should already include a clear idea of the subject you wish to write about.
Training and Dual Studies
If you are about to leave school and would like to start an apprenticeship or a dual study cycle with us, please submit your application no longer than 12 months before your intended start of training.

Guidelines for Your Application
Your application should include the following documents:
A cover letter that reflects your interest in the desired position and indicates your preferred date of entry
A clearly structured CV in tabular format that gives us an overview of your previous schooling and working experience (if any) and emphasises any special qualifications
Copies of your school reports and, where applicable, of your apprenticeship and employment certificates
Further references or certificates, e.g. from internships, foreign language courses, training, etc.
A brief overview of your marks, if you have not yet completed your studies
From Application to Employment Contract
As soon as we have reviewed your application and your profile matches or requirements, we will invite you for an interview. This gives us the opportunity to get to know each other.
The interview is usually conducted by a representative of the department for which you are applying and a representative of the human resources department. In many cases, there will be a second, more thorough interview later on.
